Hands-on, Boots-on Learning
Forget boring classrooms — our Outdoor Leadership Program is built around experiential learning. You’ll hike, climb, paddle, and camp your way into becoming a confident leader. Every trip is a chance to gain new skills, build community, and find out what you’re truly capable of—all while exploring wild spaces with equally wild friends.

From the ABOVE orientation adventure to spring break expeditions below the rim of the Grand Canyon, OLP offers something for every experience level. Weekly trips, ropes course challenges, and professional certifications (yes, real ones!) give you all the tools to lead, grow, and maybe even survive a canoe flip.

Lead, Laugh, Leave No Trace
This isn’t just about the outdoors — it’s about leadership, ethics, and a solid dose of team bonding. Our guiding values, such as “Challenge by Choice,” “Leave No Trace,” and “Be Here, Be Safe, and Be Honest,” make this more than a program — it’s a mindset. Plus, complete the RFI and you get a free t-shirt. We call that smart layering.
